Swimmers, teams and their representatives have until midnight on 25 April to check the Received Entries and notify the entries administrator by email to [email protected] of any errors or omissions as a result of the entry system interruption. The system is now working normally again. The closing date has been extended to midnight on 23 April to make up for the time the system was unavailable.
Entries for the May weekends in Norwich and Luton will close at midnight on 22nd April, just a few days away. There will be a very short review period. All Para entries have received an email detailing their entries. Anybody who entered via the main entry system is asked to check their entries before the close
We hope that all coaches, athletes, technical officials and volunteers enjoyed the first two weekends of the regional long course championships at Norwich. Swim England East Region will be holing their Annual General Meeting on 23rd April 2025 commencing at 19:00. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom. Elections for the positions of Regional Chairman and two further Directors will be held during this meeting.
Entries have opened for the two May weekends of the Long Course Swimming Championships. Weekend 2 completes the events for swimmers who are 15 and older as well as Para swimmers. The East Region hosts an annual Open Water Development Day for swimmers aged 12 – 14 years. We now have spaces available for athletes to attend the East Region Open Water Development Day. The athlete does not need to have experience of Open Water swimming for them to attend but experience of swimming long distance
