The East Region holds 10 Water Polo Regional training sessions per year. The dates have been set for this year and players born 2008 – 2013 are welcome to attend these sessions. Below are the dates for 2025 and when registration will open.

The Regional Academy Training sessions for 2025 dates are:
- 15th February Registration open
- 8th March – Registration opens on Monday 17th February
- 19th April – Registration opens on Monday 10th March
- 17th May – Registration opens on Monday 21st April
- 21st June- Registration opens on Monday 19th May
- 26th July – Registration opens on Monday 23rd June

- 18th October – Registration currently opens on Monday 28th July
- 15th November – Registration opens on Monday 20th October
