Water Polo Grand Prix
The Regional Water Polo Grand Prix provides junior players with the opportunity to develop their match skills and to give them experience of tournament-style play. It is also used to develop unqualified coaches and officials by pairing them with a qualified mentor.
Clubs can enter the Grand Prix with mixed teams in two age groups. Clubs can also work together to get enough players to enter a team.
This flexibility ensures that as many players as possible can enter and benefit from the event.
East Region enter U14yrs, U16yrs and U18yrs boys and girls teams into Inter- Regional Competitions.
Trails will be held to select players for each squad and the selected players will then be invited to attend squad training sessions to prepare the team for their tournament.
