Roles include marshalling, looking after the medal table and results distribution.
If you are interested in assisting at some or all of the championships, please contact email@example.com.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated by the East Swimming community of committee members, coaches, team managers, officials and swimmers.
ASA East Region Office
Some of you will be aware that, since the creation of regions twelve years ago, the ASA has supported regional offices by employing the divisional administrators who worked in regional offices. Recently, the participation funding that the ASA has received from Sport England to run the divisional teams, has been withdrawn, and consequently staff employed in those teams, including the London and East Office Manager, Kelly Stannard, have faced the risk of redundancy. Kelly has been offered, and accepted, a new post with London Swimming.
Nominations are sought for the posts of Regional Chairman, Vice- Chairman and Representative to the ASA Sport Governing Board
As the terms of office for our current Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Representative to the ASA Sport Governing Board expire in September, we are seeking nominations for these posts. These three roles are pivotal to the management of the Region, and it is therefore vital that we receive applications from anyone who feels that they have the necessary skills. If you feel that you may be suitable, or wish to learn more, please look at the role descriptions HERE or contact Keith Belton to discuss at firstname.lastname@example.org. The closing date for applications, which should be made to the Finance Manager, Keith Belton, is 18th April 2017.
