Congratulations to Paul Kendall, our regional Open Water Manager, who has been selected to attend the European Junior Open Water Swimming Championships in Marseille 4-6 August, as one of the fourteen International Technical Officials at this event.  The other UK ITO attending is Anastacia Pereira, from South West Region.
