The Swim England updated Transgender and Non-binary Competition policy comes into effect from today, 1 September 2023. The revised policy was published back in April and was introduced in a bid to create a ‘fully-inclusive, non-discriminatory competitive environment’. Please ensure your Meet Promoters have been given this information before submitting licensing applications.
