The Accepted Entries for Weekend 1 have been added to the Swimming Competitions page and can also be found here. There is no review period. The start times of the second, third and finals sessions may be slightly later than shown in the provisional timetable. The times will be confirmed in the information pack published

Sealing the end of an extremely successful year, Todd Geggus of Southend Diving was award Young Sports personality of the Year in Southend City. The Paris 2024 Paralympics saw further success for swimmers who started their swimming journey in the East Region. Ellie Challis won gold in the S3 50m Backstroke and came 4th in S3 100m Freestyle. The race schedule, qualifying standards and entry pack for the Short Course Championships have been added to the swimming competitions page.
