Long Course Championships – Accepted Entries

The Swimming Competitions page has been updated with the Accepted Entries which can also be found here.

No further changes can be made to the Accepted Entries.

Officials and Volunteers are still needed for the Championships. If you are able to help on any of the weekends please sign up here.

Spectators are welcome at all sessions. The cost is £5 for Saturday 22nd. On Sunday 23rd the cost is £5 for a single session or £10 for all day. Sessions 3 and 4 are considered a single session for spectator admission.

Our preferred payment method is by card but cash will still be accepted. Please have the correct cash as we no longer take a cash float to the event. The mobile phone signal at the pool has been unreliable lately which may mean card payments can only be taken by inserting a card into the payment terminal and entering the PIN, mobile payment should still be contactless. There is no charge for the Finals sessions.

The final information for the first Norwich weekend has also been published on the Swimming Competitions page and can can also be found here.

Long Course Championships – Received Entries

Particular attention should be paid to relay entries where there has been editing of entries to create A, B and C teams and swimmers who added further swims to their entry.

We are still looking for Technical Officials and Volunteers for the Championships. Details of how to apply can be found here.

Hoodies at the Long Course Championships

Due to unforeseen staffing issues the online shop has had to shut early but Fine Designs will be trading at all the weekends of the Long Course Championships. Also, please consider bringing cash to Norwich as the unreliable mobile phone signal may mean the card machines could be very slow.

Hoodies and hats can still be purchased at the Championships with the exception of Friday 12th May.

More information is available here.

Entries open for the 2023 Long Course Championships

Entries have opened for the Long Course Swimming Championships.

The conditions and unchanged qualification times for the meet are on the Swimming Competitions page which can be found here.

Para Entries have a dedicated entry page here and Para Swimmers should enter via that page rather than the main online system even if they are fast enough for the non Para times as that way we can ensure they are correctly identified. There are some combinations of events and classifications that do not have Para times meaning Para swimmers can enter if they have achieved the time for non Para swimmers and the entry method allows for that, there is no need to do two entries.

Entries will close at midnight on 6th April. Clubs holding meets on the weekend prior to the close date are asked to submit results to rankings promptly so that they can be used to enter by the closing date. The main entry system can be found here.
