Two more Regional Para-Swimming Training Days are now available for booking. 23rd September in Newmarket 4th November in Basildon. East Region Para swimmers in GB Squad at Europeans
East Region Para swimmers headed off to Dublin as part of the GB Para squad for the 2018 European Para Championships, producing some great results throughout the competition. Medals for East Region clubs at Synchro Combo Cup
The Synchro Combo Cup took place at the London Aquatics Centre on 7th July. The event saw five clubs from around the region enter: Aqualina, Brentwood Chelmsford Clacton Norwich. Medals were won by Aqualina and Norwich. Well done to all involved!

Success for divers at National Age Groups 2018
There were 37 divers from five East Region clubs at the Diving National Age Groups held at Ponds Forge in Sheffield, which ran from 29th June to 1st July.
