Chris Dunn of Hatfield Swimming Club had an amazing weekend at the Swim Wales Masters Long Course meet at Swansea on the 5th/6th March. With 9 swims he broke 4 European records which were also British records and a further 4 British records. All 9 swims were also East Region records. Chris was swimming in

Members whose fee paying club is suspended for not submitting a full annual renewal will not be eligible to compete in events under the jurisdiction of Swim England. This includes Regional, County and open events. Furthermore the members are not covered by the Swim England insurance policy so no training or volunteering can take place.

In the meantime, the consideration times for the development competition have been released and can be found on the last page of the Information Document. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Swim England facilitated the return to swimming competition by temporarily reducing the total number of technical officials required at each licence level. At the same time, the level of qualification required to perform certain officiating roles at some licence levels was also temporarily relaxed. This period of relaxed requirements will expire
Applications are invited from Swim England East Region members who are British Swimming Technical Officials (minimum qualification licensed Judge Level 1) and Poolside Volunteers who would like to assist at the SE East Region Long Course Championships being held in Norwich and Luton.
