Regional Para Training
Region Para-Swimming training sessions are run throughout the year at various locations within the East Region. Sessions comprise of land and pool-based training sessions and are aimed at classified swimmers and any swimmers on the classification waiting list. Swimmers may progress to be selected to attend England Para-Swimming training camps.
East Region Disability Training Session.
Date: 9th November 2025
Time: 11.30pm – 3pm
Venue: Bottisham School Sports Centre, Lode Rd, Bottisham, Cambridge CB25 9DJ
Cost: Athletes £15
This session will be focusing on Freestyle and Backstroke.

Coach Development
Both Region and England camps are also excellent coach development opportunities.
Any coaches with experience of coaching disabled swimmers or those wishing to learn more about Para-Swimming are welcome to attend our regional camps.
