Swim England East Region are holding a Diving Wet Rigging Course for invited Coaches and Divers on Saturday 12th September 2026 from 10am-2pm at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre.
The course is being delivered by Alex Rochas. The day will be split, starting with a dryland session and competency assessment followed by a pool session.
