The next East Region Disability Training session is taking place on Sunday 15th November 2026 at Bottisham College Sports Centre, Lode Road, Bottisham, Cambridge CB25 9DJ from 11.30am – 3pm. This session will be focusing on freestyle and backstroke and will cover stroke technique skills, stroke efficiency and some work around starts and turns.
