What does my job involve?
The majority of my work is focused on supporting club development, particularly thorugh swim21. This includes advice and guidance on such issues as workforce development and building partnerships with local stakeholders. I work closely with the discipline committees for diving, synchronised swimming and water polo.
Background in sport
I have worked in local authority sports provision for a number of years, particularly in swimming pool operations and management.
I have a keen interest in sport, playing a lot of tennis and hockey, and playing badminton to county level in my younger days!
