The ASA East Region 2007 Junior Water Polo Championship will be held on Saturday 13th October at Queen Elizabeth's School pool, Barnet, starting at 4pm.
As last year, the Championship will consist of an inter-county tournament between the six counties in the Region: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Each county is invited to put forward a team - or teams, see below - selected from the ASA registered players belonging to clubs in that county. Players must be born in 1991 or later and mixed teams of boys and girls are allowed. If every county enters one team, the tournament structure will be 2 leagues of 3 teams each. This will be followed by play-offs for 5th & 6th, 3rd & 4th, and the final for the Championship and Andy Morton Junior Trophy. Each team will therefore play 3 games. Entry to the tournament is free. If a county has plenty of players, they are welcome to enter more than one team and the draw will be adjusted to suit. Details of the event are as follows.
