The Herts Sports Partnership would like input from clubs and individuals on their website and communications.  If you fill out the online questionnaire, you will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 of sports equipment for the club of your choice.  

The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to fill out, and should be answered by Friday 24th October.  This will help the Herts Sports Partnership team in the redesign of their website and other communications to ensure a quality service.
