Competitors at the asa National Age Group and National Youth Championships are being asked to supply a head and shoulders photograph that can be displayed on the scoreboard when introducing finalists.

Photographs should be a clear head and shoulders shot against a plain (preferably white) background.  It should be no smaller than 1MB but no larger than 5MB - most photos taken with a digital camera will be suitable.

Photos should be sent to: photos@swimming.org  Swimmers aged under 18 years of age must be sent by a parent/guardian with a sentence confirming their approval for the photo to be used.

The ASA East Region would also like to utilise photos to accompany news stories on the website / newsletters, so if photos could also be sent at the same time to: profficer@eastswimming.org  it would greatly assist the Region's PR Officer.
