The closing date for entries for the first ASA East Region Open Water Championships has been extended to July 2nd.

The Championships will be taking place on July 15th at the Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre, Norwich.  There is a 3k event for swimmers aged over 13, and a 1500m and 800m event for swimmers aged 12 and over.

 After the swimming competitions there will also be the chance to try activities at the Outdoor Centre - canoeing, archery and climbing.
