The first East Region Development Day for Synchronised Swimming will be held on 11th May at Queen Elizabeth's school in Barnet.  Swimmers and coaches are invited to attend to develop their awareness for performance excellence, land training and routine skills.

The day will include 2 pool sessions and a land session, and will run from 10.00 am - 4.30 pm.  Places are limited to 30 swimmers and 20 coaches, so early booking is advised.
