East Region swimmers Roberto Pavoni (Brentwood SC) and Chris Walker-Hebborn (teamipswich SC) have rounded off their week at the Australian Short Course National Championships with some fantastic performances.

Following his success in the 200m and 400m Individual Medley's earlier in the week, Pavoni then made the finals of the 100m Individual Medley and the 200m Butterfly, setting new Regional Records along the way. 

Walker-Hebborn competed in the 100m and 200m Freestyle, and 100m and 200m Backstroke. He swam a time of 1:47.86 in the 200m Freestyle, won the 17/18 years 100m Backstroke in a time of 53.27, went 49.74 in the 100m freestyle and won bronze in the 200m Backstroke with a 1:54.64.  All but the 100m Freestyle time are new East Region Records.
