The Regional Disability Swimming short course records have been updated to include those set at the first ASA East Region Disability Swimming Championships held in Biggleswade last month.

They also include a new British Record set by James Hollis (Epping Forest SC) in the S10 800m freestyle, which he set at the Essex County Championships.
