Divers from the Region put in some outstanding performances to medal on day one of the ASA National Age Group Championships in Leeds.

Ben Sambrook of Cambridge Dive Team took gold in the Boys Group B Platform event with a winning score of 239.75.  Clubmates Sebastian Jaunzens and Martin Christensen also won their events on the first day, in the Boys Group C Platform and the Boys Group D 3m events respectively. 

Lois Hoyte of Beaumont Diving Academy won a silver medal in the Girls Group A 1m event, with a score of 241.65.  Narrowly missing out on medals were Vivien Cliff (Cambridge Dive Team) who finished fourth in the same event, and Maddie Maranian of Beaumont Diving Academy who claimed fourth place in the Girls Group B 3m event.
