Reporting to the Swimming Committee are the East Swimming Coaches Forum and the Regional Licencing Officer.  The Swimming Committee also link with the Swimming Officials Group who work to develop officials in the region.

There are separate committees who organise events for Para Swimming, Masters Swimming and Open Water Swimming.

East Swimming Coaches Forum

The coaches forum comprises of experienced coaches from around the region who are supported by regional staff to ensure that development opportunities are provided for coaches and swimmers.  This includes swimmer and coach development.  The forum is also supported by the Swim England Swimming, England Programmes Team who help to guide the region in development of swimmers and coaches.  Members of the coaches forum can be found HERE.

Two coach development days are planned each year in the region, one regionally led, usually around June, and one led by the England Programmes Team at the end of each year.
